Once you have chosen your item/s size and colour, we will ask you to confirm these by signing the Bridesmaid Dress Order Agreement. We will ask you to make a deposit payment (usually half) we can not accept the order until a payment has been received and the order agreement has been signed. We will place the order with our production facility and would expect to receive the item/s into store in 12-14 weeks.


Once you have chosen your style(s) check out the size chart for that product to determine the nearest standard size to your own. The size charts are accurate, so you can buy with confidence! You then need to choose your colour from the drop-down colour choices. We offer such a huge choice of colours that we can’t show them all online, so if you do not see yours here simply email us at and we will liaise with you to get the colour you are looking for. We will be sure to have it!

Once you have popped your order in the basket simply click proceed to checkout, we use Paypal to offer you complete peace of mind when ordering from us. If you do not wish to pay in full at this time you can pay a 50% deposit and the balance prior to us sending them to you. To do this please email us at

We can not accept any order until payment has been received. Once payment is received we will place the order with our production facility, you can expect to receive the item/s in 12-14 weeks. Should you require your dresses sooner than this we can always process a rush order subject to availability.


We cannot guarantee shade dye lots for orders made at different times and from different stores. There may be a small difference in colour from the swatch to the colour of the dress when it arrives, this will be very minimal and slight.


All dresses ordered are standard size and length, the dresses are not made to any custom measurements. 


Once you have placed an order and paid a deposit, we estimate that your dress/es will be delivered around 12-14 weeks after this date. Once the dress/es arrive in to store we will contact you by telephone or email. Dress/es will require collection within 14 days of being contacted. All delivery times quoted are approximate, we will always endeavour to honour these but cannot be held responsible for external factors that may influence the delivery date. Please be aware that all in-store orders are to be collected from the store, they cannot be posted out. All online orders are free postage. All in-store collections must be supported with a form of ID and the original paperwork.


We can offer a full list of alterations services should these be required. As the dress/es are  not made-to-order, it is usual that they may require some alterations. Wed4Less cannot be held responsible for the alterations made to your dress/es and we would always suggest you make your own inquiries for these services and costs involved.


As theses dresses are made to order we will not accept any returns, cancellations or exchanges once the ordering process has started. Upon collection, should you have any concerns about your order, these must be aired within 7 days of the collection date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
