Dress Alterations
Often we sell a dress which fits  perfectly which is great! To mention most dresses are standard sizes which means there may be some alterations to be made on your dress.. Our experienced stylists will do their best to offer you advice as to whether in their own opinion the dress can be altered however you the customer are solely responsible for any purchase made on a dress that may need alterations. Prom4less will not be held responsible for any costs or problems which may occur from these services, and you use them at your own risk.All prom dress alteration costs are solely the responsibility of the customer (you).

Please note, you the customer are solely responsible for checking that you are happy with the condition of all WED4LESS OUTLET products  and being satisfied prior to buying. WED4LESS OUTLET will not be held liable for any damages incurred after the sale of any item once it has left our premises.

Preserving your Purchase

If in any circumstance your purchase needs dry cleaning, please seek the advice of a professional and reputable dry cleaning service with experience of dry cleaning high end garments. Prom4less cannot be held responsible should any problems occur with any of these services and you use them at your own risk.
Refunds & Exchanges

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from WED4LESS OUTLET. If you are not completely happy please note we do not offer a refund unless goods are faulty however exchanges can be made within 14 days from date of purchase if the exchange process meets with our terms and conditions. We will only exchange the dress providing we are completely satisfied that the dress is in the same condition as at the date of purchase and that you provide your original proof of purchase receipt from us.Please note exchanges cannot be made via a third party and the dress can only be exchanged at the outlet it was purchased from. To see our exchange policy CLICK HERE.We will only be able to refund the original debit or credit card that has been used to purchase your goods. If the goods were paid for by cash, we will usually refund the amount back to you in cash, however, for security reasons we do not hold large sums of cash in the store so we may offer to refund onto a debit card instead. Cash sales cannot be refunded on to a credit card.

Refunds or exchanges are not available on dresses that have been discounted further due to imperfections.

WED4LESS OUTLET reserve the right to decline an exchange if we are not satisfied for any reason with the dress you are returning. No further exchanges will be accepted after the first exchange unless faulty. Exchanges will not be accepted after the wedding unless faulty.

Unless faulty we do not exchange the following goods:
Gown Bags
Bridesmaid Dress Ordering

 These dresses are made specifically for you as per your oder and therefore we ask you to read the following information carefully.


Once you have chosen your item(s) size and colour, we will ask you to confirm these by signing the Bridesmaid Order Agreement. We will ask you to make a deposit payment ( usually half )we can not accept the order until a payment has been received and order signed. We will place the order with our production facility and would expect to receive the item into store in up to 20 weeks.

Shade Dyelots

We cannot guarantee shade dye lots for orders made at different times and from different stores. There may be a small difference in colour from the swatch to the colour of the dress when it arrives, this will be very minimal and slight.


All dresses ordered are standard size and length, the dresses are not made to any custom measurements. We would advocate that anyone ordering a dress tries on the store sample in the required size before doing so

Delivery & Lead Time

Once you have placed an order and paid a deposit, we estimate that your dress/es will be delivered around 16 to 20 weeks after this date. Once the dress/es arrive in to store we will contact you by telephone or email. Dress/es will require collection within 14 days of being contacted. All delivery times quoted are approximate, we will always endeavour to honour these but cannot be held responsible for external factors that may influence the delivery date. Please be aware that all orders are to be collected from the store, they cannot be posted out. All collections must be supported with a form of ID and the original paperwork.

Alterations & Seamstresses 

Wed4Less has a full list of alterations services should these be required. As the dress/es are  not made-to-order, it is usual that they may require some alterations. Wed4Less cannot be held responsible for the alterations made to your dress/es and we would always suggest you make your own inquiries for these services and costs involved.


As theses dresses are made to order we will not accept any returns, cancellations or exchanges once the ordering process has started. Upon collection, should you have any concerns about your order, these must be aired within 7 days of the collection date.

Full Order Books

We have lots of orders for our bridesmaid dresses and therefore sometimes it is necessary to push back taking orders until we are back up to fulfilment. 



Laying a Dress Away

Should you require it we offer a lay away service of up to two weeks. Stock turnover is exceptionally high therefore unfortunately we cannot lay away or reserve dresses without a non refundable deposit to take it off the shop floor. Your deposit will be deducted from the dress you have reserved when you purchase it.
Your Statutory Rights
Your standard statutory rights are not affected.
