We show just a few wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses on our website but the stores have hundreds more, our rails are literally heaving. We have so many dresses that we cannot physically upload them all to show them on the website.

We have all sizes for you to try on from 6- 30 and so it is easy to determine your size.

Wedding dress orders take around 12-16 weeks to arrive and bridesmaid dress orders arrive within 16-20 weeks. If you need your dress/es sooner than this, we can arrange a rush order for you ( 8-12 weeks). The wedding dress rush order fee is £50, and our bridesmaid dress rush order fee is £10 per dress.

We want to ensure that all of our brides receive our fabulous full bridal experience. If you are collecting from one of our stores one of our Consultants will help you *try on your wedding dress, and discuss any other accessories such as hair pieces, veils, shrugs, belts etc. We want to ensure that you have your moment and are completely overjoyed with your choice of wedding dress *Covid-19 restrictions may affect this.

Choosing your bridesmaid dresses is really easy! 

Our four stores have one of the biggest selections of bridesmaid dress styles to choose from and all of our Love It! collection are available in 350 colours! Each store has every style in every size so that you can see how your bridesmaids will look on the day, nowhere else offers this service.

Each individual product shown on our website has all of the colour information and a swatch icon beneath it, so if you feel you would like to order any swatches before submitting an online order, click on this. Our bridesmaid dresses take around 16-20 weeks to be delivered, however, if you need your dresses before this time frame, we can expedite the order for a rush fee of £10 per dress, this is a great way to speed up the delivery and will ensure that your dresses arrive within 8-12 weeks. We would always recommend that you try to place the order for all of your bridesmaid dresses in one go, as this ensures the colour dyelot is the same. If for any reason you cannot order all your dresses in one go, we will endeavour to ensure that all orders are cut from the same fabric bolt, however we cannot guarantee this.

For online orders once we are in receipt of payment and your order is placed we will confirm it to you via email with a full itemisation of everything that you have ordered. Please note, once your order enters into production we cannot accept any cancellation as these dresses are made-to-order in your chosen style, size and colour.

Upon their arrival we will contact you to let you know your gorgeous dresses have arrived, and to arrange their collection within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot store goods in any of our stores, if the items are not collected within 14 days, the order may be returned to the warehouse and a fee charged to have them delivered back in to store.

We will allow you to fully check over the bridesmaid dress/es to ensure everything is exactly as you ordered, but we cannot allow the trying on of bridesmaid dresses in the store. These will be purely for collection only.

We are here to help. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, don’t worry! We’ll help you find an alternative style from the hundreds of gowns that we have in store, these are available to take home the same day, and we have sizes 6-30 to choose from. As your purchase was made-to-order for you as per your instructions, and choice, we cannot offer a refund unless the goods are faulty.

Unfortunately, as our orders are made-to-order brand new for you personally, once the production has started we cannot accept any cancellations.

Unfortunately, we cannot store goods in any of our stores, upon being contacted to say your order has arrived, please ensure that it is collected within 14 days otherwise the order may be returned to the warehouse and a fee charged to return them to the store.

When collecting your order please bring along your paperwork, proof of ID, and your payment proof.

As your made-to-order purchase was made personally by you, we regret we cannot offer a refund.

We offer the full bridal service, except that you visit your seamstress away from our premises. It’s really simple and easy, there is nothing mysterious or difficult about your wedding dress fittings, we know that so many brides get stressed over this. If you do require the services of a seamstress (it has been known that our quality gowns fit perfectly well without the need 😊) we offer a full list of superb highly recommended alteration services that we have used for many years and have worked with for a long time. Remember if you are using these recommended services you are paying direct to them, cutting out the middleman and so saving again. Some of these services are what the boutiques use anyway. This way saves you hundreds of pounds on the ‘hidden extras’ that you had not budgeted for.
