Terms & Conditions of the Ordering process of Beaux Bridesmaid dresses by WED4LESS OUTLETS
If you are thinking of ordering your bridesmaid dresses from Wed4Less Outlets here are the terms and conditions of the ordering process.
Ordering Process
Once you have chosen your item(s) to ensure that you are completely happy with the style, size and colour that you have chosen, you will be asked to check and sign the Wed4Less bridesmaid dress ordering agreement. These details will need to be checked carefully as once finalised they can not be amended. We will ask you to make a deposit payment of 50% for the item(s) we will not accept the order until the deposit payment has been made. We will then place the order into production and send you an email confirmation of your order. We expect to have the item(s) into store in up to 20 weeks. When you come in to collect the item(s) the balance payment must be made.
Fabric Dye Variations
It is important to note that there may be variations in colour shading between dye lots. Therefore, there may be small differences in the colour that you see on swatches or on items in store to the dresses that you receive in your order. The differences will not be dramatic but shades may vary slightly. If you are ordering items for a full bridal party, we strongly recommend that you place the full order at the same time and from the same store as this is the only way to ensure that the items for your wedding party will be cut from the same dye lot of fabric.
Sizing
As per the Wed4Less bridesmaid dress ordering agreement, your items are made as per the order, the item)s) are not made-to-measure. You choose your size from the size tried on in-store or from our bridesmaid dress size chart. We recommend that you only place an order once you are 100% happy to do so and have tried on the store sample for sizing. The person signing the Wed4Less bridesmaid dress ordering agreement. is wholly responsible for all the goods ordered on that agreement. The sizes ordered on the Wed4Less bridesmaid dress ordering agreement. are final and can not be amended after the deposit has been paid.
Delivery and Ordering Lead Times
We always quote a delivery time of up to 20 weeks after the date you placed the order and paid the order deposit We will contact you once your order has arrived in store and is ready to collect. We ask that you ensure you collect your order within 7 days of being notified they have arrived. We require proof of identity when you collect the order, along with your payment receipt. Items are purely for collection and not for trying on as the sizes ordered are full and final. All delivery times are approximate, we will endeavour to do our best to meet the quoted timescales, however we cannot be held responsible should these times be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Should this be the case we would always keep you updated.
Alterations
Should you require any alterations to the item(s) ordered Wed4Less have a full list of recommended seamstresses that are available for you should they be required. Wed4less disclaim themselves and can not be held responsible for any problems arising from you using these seamstresses. We would always recommend you do your own research and due diligence before using them.
Returns Policy
As items are made to order we will not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges once the order has been placed and signed for.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
